专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a support base for a wired electrical component. Nowadays, there are many electrical components, especially small ones, which need to be connected in a simple way to an electrical circuit including power supply or control. For this purpose, the component is generally mounted in a housing or on its support and hand or automatic welding of electrical wires for the electrical connection of the component. However, this solution is tedious and expensive, and the smaller the component, the more difficult it becomes to perform these welds. In the field of connectors, for example, solderless connections are known, in particular by crimping (see for example FR2956780). This usually involves connecting a sheet of electrical wires to a connector. To do this, contacts or electrical plugs are made, one male end of which, for example, is held in a connector housing and the other end of which has crimping pins which pass through the cable to provide the electrical connection. The crimping pins also enclose on the cables for a mechanical hold between the electric wire and the electrical plug. The crimping operation must generally be carried out using a specific crimping plier which limits its field of use. Thus, there is no specific tool for connecting for example a single electrical wire crimping. In order to at least partially overcome the aforementioned defects, the invention relates to a base for wired electrical component. To this end, the subject of the invention is a base for a wired electrical component comprising a housing for receiving the electrical component equipped with at least one crimping electrical contact, in which the base comprises at least one groove which presents in section transversely a portion of generally cylindrical shape for receiving an electrical wire and secondly an access channel of the crimping electrical contact, the access channel being oriented perpendicular to the axis of the groove and having a width smaller than the maximum width of the portion of generally cylindrical shape. Thus, easy and reliable wiring can be achieved without having to use a specific tool such as crimping pliers. The invention may further comprise one or more of the following features taken singly or in combination: The groove has, for example, a convergent bottom opposite the access channel serving as a crimping form upon insertion of the crimping electrical contact into the groove. In one aspect, the dwelling is through. In another aspect the base comprises a peripheral edge partially covering the groove. The base comprises for example at least two parallel grooves. The invention further comprises a module comprising a base as defined above, an electrical component equipped with at least two crimping electrical contacts and electrical wires connected to the electrical component by crimping. The invention further relates to a lighting module comprising a base as defined above and a light-emitting diode as an electrical component, the light-emitting diode being equipped with at least two electrical crimping contacts. In one aspect the grooves are made on the rear face of the base. In another aspect the housing of the light emitting diode has on the front face of the base a flared shape promoting the emission of a cone of light by said light emitting diode. [0002] The module comprises for example a transparent resin layer, preferably curved, covering the light emitting diode. The module comprises for example a sealing layer covering the rear face of the base. [0003] In yet another aspect, an electrical wire is crimped to each electrical crimp contact of the light emitting diode. The general module or the lighting module has a general shape of a pellet or button. [0004] The invention furthermore relates to a method of producing a module as defined above, characterized in that: ---- each wire is threaded into each groove, the back side of the base electrical component such as a light-emitting diode, equipped with at least two crimping contacts with crimping pins directed towards the associated grooves so that during insertion, a crimping on the electrical son is achieved. Depending on the application, a particularly transparent resin is cast on the front face of the base. [0005] The invention also relates to a garment (for example a scarf, a vest, anorak, trousers, a sweater, a shoe, a hat or a helmet) characterized in that it comprises at least one module formed by a base as defined above and an electrical component equipped with at least two electrical crimping contacts. Other features and advantages will appear on reading the description of the following figures, in which: FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic perspective view from above of a base according to the invention, FIG. 2 is a diagrammatic view of FIG. 3 is a view of a detail III in section of the base of FIGS. 1 and 2; FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view of a component. In all the figures, the same elements bear the same reference numbers. Figures 1 and 2 show diagrammatic perspective views respectively from above and below of a base 1 for wired electrical component. This base 1 has for example a disk or pellet form, but other shapes are possible, for example square or oval without departing from the scope of the present invention. The shape of the base 1 is shaped to allow the mounting of the base 1 for example on another support, for example a wall, a fabric or a fabric, a rigid or flexible housing etc. For this purpose, it is also possible to provide the base 1 with lateral fastening tabs (not shown) for screwing or gluing the base 1. The base 1 is for example made of plastic, for example by injection molding. The base 1 comprises a housing 3 for receiving an electrical component 5 equipped with at least one crimping electrical contact 7 (see FIG. 4). In the present exemplary embodiment, the electrical component 5 is for example a light-emitting diode 9. In other embodiments, the electrical component may be for example a sensor (temperature sensor, sensor of a magnetic and / or electric field , light sensor / photodiode), a battery, a transmitter / receiver for example an antenna etc. In general, it is an electrical component of a few millimeters in extent that must be connected to individual electrical wires. The housing 3 is in this case a through-opening 11, for example of square shape and on the front face 13 of the base 1 a flared shape 15 upwards (= direction of emission of the diode) favoring the emission of a cone of light by the light-emitting diode 9 when it is mounted in the base 1. On a more evolved version, it can be provided that the flared shape 15 is for example metallized to play the role of a reflector. As best seen in Figure 2, the base 1 comprises at least one, in this case two grooves 17 on its rear face 18. In general, the base 1 has as many grooves 17 as son 5. Each groove 17 has in cross-section a particular shape shown according to one embodiment in FIG. 3. Thus, the groove 17 has in cross-section on the one hand a portion of generally cylindrical shape 19 to receive an electrical wire 21 (see Figure 5) and secondly an access channel or access passage 23 of the electrical crimping contact. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 3, the access channel 23 is oriented perpendicular to the axis 24 of the groove 17 and has a width LA smaller than the maximum width LMAX of the portion of general shape. Thus, when inserting a suitable electrical wire 21 having, for example, a diameter slightly smaller than the width LmAx but greater than the width LA of the access channel 23, it is guided longitudinally in the groove 17 without being able to go out. The width LA is dimensioned so as to be slightly greater than the width Lc (see FIG. 4) of the crimping electrical contact. In the embodiment of Figure 3, the groove 17 has a convergent bottom 25 opposite the access channel 23. This converging bottom 25 consists of two inclined straight slopes 27 which terminate on a straight bottom 29 parallel to the rear face 18 of the base 1. This convergent bottom 25 with its inclined slopes 27 serves as a crimping shape during insertion of the crimping electrical contact 7 into the groove 17. Furthermore, the base 1 has an edge device 31 partly covering the groove 17. This peripheral edge 31 serves firstly to retain the electrical wires 21, in particular against tearing in the direction perpendicular to the rear face 18 of the base 1 and on the other hand edge retained to be able to sink after mounting of the electrical component 5 a sealing layer (this will be explained later). FIG. 4 shows a schematic perspective view of the electrical component 5 equipped with at least one, in this case two electrical crimping contacts 7. As explained above, the electrical component 5 is for example a light-emitting diode 9 The crimping electrical contacts 7 each comprise a flat area 33 (visible in FIG. 7), for example soldered to the supply terminals of the diode 9 and a crimped portion 35. In the present example, the two electrical contacts 7 are parallel to each other. An exemplary embodiment for mounting a lighting module 37 (see FIG. 9) will now be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 9. [0006] This lighting module comprises a light-emitting diode 9 of FIG. 4 and a base 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective exploded view of a lighting module according to the invention before mounting with the base 1, the light-emitting diode 9 equipped with two electrical crimping contacts 7 and two electrical wires 21. In a first step, an electrical wire 21 is passed through each groove 17 along the arrow F1. the arrow F2 by the rear face 18 of the base 1 the diode 9 equipped with its two crimping contacts 7 with the crimping pins 35 directed towards the grooves 17 associated so that during insertion a crimping on the electric wires 21 is made. The base thus fulfills both the support function or the protective housing 20 for the electrical component and the crimping counterform function to make the electrical connection with the electrical wires 21. During this insertion, the pins 35 piercing the electrical wires 21 so as to make electrical contact with the strands of the core 39 (see FIG. 8) of the electrical wires 21, then the pins 35 will deform inwardly by encountering one of the inclined straight slopes 27 This deformation will also allow a good mechanical maintenance between the electric wire 21 on the one hand and the crimping electrical contacts 7 on the other hand. In FIG. 7 is shown the light-emitting diode 9 crimped on the two electric wires 21. [0007] According to an optional step, a transparent resin 40 is then cast on the front face of the base, so as to cover the diode and obtain a convex shape serving as a lens for the diode 9. On the rear face, for example, one sinks also a sealing layer (not visible in the figures) on the rear face 18 of the base 1. In this way, we obtain a lighting module 37 sealed and protected against moisture and dust. FIG. 9 shows the lighting module 37 in the form of a chip whose electrical wires 21 can now easily be connected for example to a power supply unit (not shown). FIGS. 10 to 11 show another embodiment of the base and of the light-emitting diode 9, which is different from that of FIGS. 1 to 9, which is particularly advantageous for placing a plurality of lighting modules 37 in series, the fact that it comprises two pairs of grooves 17 on either side of the housing 3 and that the crimping electrical contacts 7 have crimping pins 35 on either side of the light-emitting diode 9. This mode of realization is well suited for the paralleling of several lighting modules. [0008] The assembly and mounting of this embodiment is similar to what has been described in connection with the first embodiment. FIG. 13 shows a variant of the light-emitting diode 9 with its crimping electrical contacts. With respect to FIG. 11, the electrical contacts 7 are initially raised with fold lines 41, so that during assembly, it is sufficient to place the diode 9 in its housing, then to lower the pins 35 to crimp the electrical contacts 7 on the cables 21. [0009] Figure 14 shows yet another variant of the base 1 in which the base 1 has a mounting groove 43 on its periphery. This variant is for example well suited to mount a module with its electrical component on a fabric in the manner of a button, for example for a signal garment, such as a vest or a parka or a signal scarf. It is therefore understood that the base according to the invention allows to connect without specific tool and easy way an electrical component to individual electrical son.
